Blackburn Local Pannier

Blackburn calls this their Local Pannier, intending it for day trips not touring or bike camping. It is designed to be used for riding to work or school.

A molded inner liner holds the panniers shape as compared to touring panniers which collapse when not filled.

And a top flap design is a better choice for getting in and out of the bag several times a day, compared to the roll top closures of touring bags.

The fabric is water-resistant coated nylon, includes a loop for attaching a light and has a bit of reflective print to help keep you visible.

Includes a shoulder strap for carrying.
