The Dispatch 9 | 70 is the middle of the 29er lineup, features the typical Tektro Hydraulic disc brakes and coil spring suspension fork for the price range, but we really like the drivetrain.
Which is the new Sunrace Advent 1x (single chainring) drivetrain. Double (2 chainring) cranksets and front derailleurs are improvement over triples but really why have them? 1x keeps coming down in price every year.
1x drivetrains have been standard on $1,000+ bikes for years. 2x and triple cranksets will be gone from mountain biking forever, soon, because they have never shifted well going uphill.
There is no better mountain bike for the money this year.
