The Aventon designed mid-motor provides an amazing 100 NM of torque for serious hill climbing assistance when you most want it.

In comparison, the similarly priced Trek Marlin+6, Giant Talon E+ and Specialized Turbo Tero 3.0 eMTBs have only 50 NM of maximum torque.

The mountain bike components include Sram's NX Eagle 1x 12 speed drivetrain with hydraulic disc brakes, a RockShox suspension fork with 5 inches of travel and a KS dropper post with handlebar remote.

These are the best components used at this price point.

Again, comparable bikes from Trek, Specialized and Giant are relatively poorly equipped. All three are outfitted with 9 speed Shimano Alivio drivetrains and cheaper Suntour suspension forks.
