The new Rocky Mounts High Noon is basically the Monorail adapted to be carry bikes that have fenders mounted.

It includes two straps, one high and one low, to secure the front wheel so the hook can be secured forward of the fender.

Like the Monorail there is no bike frame contact. This is the best way to make a bike rack.

With a weight carrying capacity of 60 pounds per bike it's strong enough to carry most electric bikes.

Includes locks for the bikes to rack, and for the rack to the car.

An additional bike mount to expand it to carry three bikes is available for $199.95.

Available for either 1-1/4 or 2 inch hitch sizes, does not convert for one size to the other.
