The GP3 adds a short bar end to the GP1 design.
The bar end lets you rotate your wrist outward which externally rotates your shoulder which is a more comfortable as well as more powerful of a grip position.
Like all of our Ergon grips it provides numbness reducing support in the area of the ball of the thumb and distributes hand pressure wider on the grip.
